No, PIPS has an open and inclusive policy and welcomes children and families from diverse backgrounds. If your child has an additional need and you would like to find out whether our school can support your child’s learning, please state this on your child’s application. We will schedule time for you and your child to meet our School Principal.

PIPS offers 5 year levels from 1 to 6 years old.

• Under 2s Programme is for 1 to 2 years old.
• Pre-Nursery is for 2 to 3 year olds.
• Nursery is for 3 to 4 year olds.
• Lower Kindergarten is for 4 to 5 year olds
• Upper Kindergarten is for 5 to 6 years old.

Yes we have bilingual classes with an English teacher and a Putonghua teacher in each class.

There are no other fees payable apart from the occasional school outing or event.

Our children enrolled in our Under 2s programme are given priority to the Pre-Nursery programme. There is no need to re-submit a separate application.

Under 2s Programme classes are 2 hours long and you can choose to enrol for 2 or 3 sessions per week. Pre-Nursery and Nursery classes are from 8.30-11.30 or 12.30-3.30. (*Nursery children may choose to extend their day by enrolling in our Extended Programme section.)Lower and Upper Kindergarten classes are full day from 8.30 – 3.30.

Our classes are all 5 days per week, either mornings or afternoons in the Pre-Nursery and Nursery and full day for Lower and Upper Kindergarten.

Yes, an adult must stay with the child for the whole 2 hour session. The same adult must stay for the whole session.

Under 2s Programme learn through several unit focuses including transport, animals, colours, food etc. Children will have weekly music time and Putonghua time with our specialist teachers. Children will also have cooking sessions in our specially designed children’s kitchen as well as daily playground time.

Yes, Children may start in the Under 2s Programme when they are 1 year old.

Yes, school uniform must be worn from the Pre-Nursery upwards. The uniform can be purchased from the school office where there are samples for viewing and trying on. There is a PIPS school bag, which is also mandatory. Uniform can be purchased at the school office.
