    1. Personal data collected is for the school’s use only and for the purpose of screening and complying the requirements of various government departments. Documents submitted will not be returned.
    2. This fee goes towards expenses covering the preparation, review and printing of school brochures and information packs, the printing of forms, postage, administration costs for enquiries, etc.
    3. A debenture certificate will be prepared and sent to the debenture holder after receipt of payment. For withdrawal of the child from school, one calendar month notice in writing is to be given to the school. To redeem a debenture, the debenture certificate should be returned to the school with the withdrawal notice.
    4. Places will be offered first to the applicants who will be age eligible to admit in September when a new school year starts. Applicants who are not age eligible to start in September will be placed on the waiting list. Similarly, applications for admission at other times in the school year are also placed on the waiting list. We review openings regularly. Later in a year, if there is an offer of place to an applicant on the waiting list, the school will contact the applicant before the applicant’s intended date of admission. If an applicant wants to be guaranteed a place according to his/her intended admission date, an option for the applicant (subject to availability and at the discretion of the school) is to start paying the tuition fees from September (or from the date of acceptance of place if the application is made after September) to reserve the place.
